I sure love to get things done. It makes me feel so good. I finished up the second block of Generals' Wives Block of the Month. This one is General Bragg's wife.
This one had more pieces that the first one. I now will be making setting block #1. I'm thinking they shouldn't take too long even though I have to make 12 of them, I believe. They are only half square triangles. I can't wait to get the sample all made. There just needs to be more time in a day.
I haven't said much about Lint lately. She has been busy taking care of the Shoppe. She loves to inspect things around here and make sure everything is just right.
She also doesn't like having her picture taken, but this time she co-operated.
She is looking out to see if any customers are coming. She thinks she is hidden just fine behind the bike.
Taking time out to smell the flowers or pointing out to me that the flowers need to be deadheaded. Maybe both!
After all that work it is time to come in and take a nap since the world is all right!
I hope you have a wonderful 11/11/11 day. I managed to catch 11/11/11 at 11:11! Wow. Elisabeth has always loved 11:11 as a very special time. I'm sure today is ultra special to her.
