We have gotten in our Collection for a Cause: Comfort kits! I'm so excited. I can't wait to start mine, but it will have to wait as more pressing projects are upon me. We have a limited number of these kits.
Since we are getting in so much so quickly this display is already moved to make room for more fabric ( that I don't have pictures taken, see a pattern here?)!
Here is the display Moda had up at Spring Market of the original quilt on the ladder and the kit quilt on the wall.
I absolutely loved the antique quilt. I love the whole softness to it. However, I think I can most certainly live with the quilt that comes from the kit!
We also just gotten in Tavern Blues by Paula Barnes for Marcus. This line is flying out of here. I again just love it, but if I'm not careful I'm not going to get any of it as quickly as it is moving. Poor Joe just got it all up on the online store and since he has off on Tuesdays, today was the first he was here to see what is happening to the fabric... it is flying out the door. His comment was "I just got allthat up on the website." You just can't stop a good thing!
We have more fabric that needs to have its picture taken, but at this moment I think I'm doing good to get these up on here!
I hope you all are having fun sewing and working on your quilting projects. I've actually had a chance to work on a log cabin quilt for this month's Prairie Woman Sewing Circle Club! That makes me feel good.
